1. Eligibility & Use

All products (bags, shoes, and fashion accessories) are described and priced as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in BDT. Exchange rates may apply based on your location. We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and descriptions at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. Payments are accepted through approved international payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). We may cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier services. We deliver products within 2-3 days within the country. We deliver outside the country within 15 days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may request a return if: The product is defective or broken. You did not receive the same product as ordered.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to customer misuse, handling, or negligence.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them.
If the product is found damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
